چکیده مقاله:

The market is one of the most important pillars of society, ensuring its safety and health not only protects the society from economic pollution and its many consequences such as the creation of class divisions, poverty, unemployment, depression, and despair; Rather, it provides the means for the growth, prosperity, and progress of the society. The importance of paying attention to the safety and health of the market is so great that there are many instructions and teachings in the Islamic religion and naturally in the Prophet's (PBUH) life about issues related to it and those who engage in business are asked to learn the religious orders and rulings related to business. This amount of attention and importance to the issue of the market shows the very important role and influence of the market on society. As a result of this attention and importance to the issue of the market in the religion of Islam and the attention and supervision of the application of its teachings by the Holy Prophet (PBUH), tremendous progress in various spiritual and material parts in the nascent Islamic society in the Prophetic era (PBUH) can be seen. As in the previous society - before Islam - the existence of various types of dangerous transactions such as Manabzeh, Malamsa, Habal Habla, and the transaction of pebbles can be seen, which caused people to suffer losses, or the existence of problems such as Riba (usury) can be seen, which led to the accumulation of wealth for a few special people and on the other hand, it led to the impoverishment of the poor and the needy and other people and led to economic insecurity. Islam opposes these ways of earning and established rules and regulations for business, trade, and buying and selling, so that not only no one is harmed, but everyone's well-being is provided. Therefore, addressing the issue of the market in the Prophet's (PBUH) lifestyle is very important and requires special attention. The importance and necessity of research in this field, by providing historical and documented data, considering the Prophet's life as a model for Islamic societies, and also considering the importance of economic issues, seems necessary and it will be a breakthrough in this field. The present research, using the method of thematic analysis, tries to answer these main questions: what are the components and indicators for ensuring market security and health based on the Prophet's (PBUH) life? And how are the mechanisms of providing and achieving it based on the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)? Based on the study,
