Evaluation of telenursing in patients with mental disorders after hospital discharge: A systematic review

Telenursing is an innovative strategy that allows nurses to care for patients in different situations with the help of modern technologies. It is also an effective tool in exchanging health information and educating clients. Telenursing can be used in nursing care for patients with mental disorders. Managing medication use, helping to return to society, increasing self-esteem and self-efficacy are some of the things that can be achieved with telenursing in these patients. The aim of this study is to investigate the disadvantages and advantages of telenursing in patients with mental disorders.
