With the unprecedented expansion of COVID-۱۹ in the world since December ۲۰۱۹, Iran’s health system, like other countries, faced various challenges in managing the disease, which led to numerous experiences and lessons learned. This is qualitative research with content analysis method on ۳۰ members of the Crisis Staff of Health department with purposeful sampling in ۲۰۲۰ year. Data collection from interviews was used for analysis. The analyzes were performed in eighth stage include typing the text of the interviews, semantic units, coding the text, revising the codes with the text, classifying and developing the classes, revising the classes, identifying the themes and reports. In this study ۸۶ initial concepts were obtained. In the analysis of the interviews, ۱۲ subcategories and finally ۶ main categories were extracted in the coding stage (lack of longevity of specialist doctors, unwillingness of doctors in deprived areas, superstitions, poverty and economic factors, and low health literacy of the people). This study revealed that managers and Staff are faced with many challenges in the management of COVID-۱۹, requiring good practices and organizational support. This study offers evidence for nursing managers to expect problems that may arise during the pandemic. The COVID-۱۹ pandemic requires the development of an integrated plan, and this plan must be disseminated to the hospital’s Staff and manager teams to better equip them for the current and future crises.
