The development of intelligent systems has transformed supply chain optimization by addressing critical challenges such as cost reduction, inventory management, and production efficiency. This study focuses on the application of system dynamics and simulation-based optimization techniques to enhance supply chain performance in the color steel industry. Key elements, including cash flow cycles, inventory adjustments, and production lead times, are modeled to improve synchronization between suppliers and producers. By integrating system dynamics models with intelligent optimization systems, the study provides actionable solutions for minimizing operational inefficiencies and balancing supply-demand dynamics. Validation through ۳۶ simulated scenarios demonstrates the adaptability and effectiveness of the proposed framework in managing complex supply chains. The results emphasize the potential of intelligent systems in providing robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions for supply chain optimization.
