چکیده مقاله:
The understanding of hydrate structure has a history of more than ۲۰۰ years, and the formation of these structures remains a significant challenge in the oil and gas industry. It is essential in this process to understanding and predict the conditions that initiate the formation of gas hydrates. One of the methods to prevent the formation of gas hydrates is the use of chemical inhibitors. In this study, the conditions for hydrate formation in the gas transmission pipeline from the wellhead to the production unit in one of the fields have been investigated in two scenarios:۱. without inhibitor injection and ۲. with inhibitors injection and comparison between different inhibitors, using OLGA simulation software and for modeling the fluid properties, PVTSIM۲۰ software has been utilized. In this research, six thermodynamic inhibitors which include MEOH (methanol), ETOH (ethanol), PG (propylene glycol), MEG (mono ethylene glycol), DEG (diethylene glycol) and TEG (triethylene glycol) were used to prevent the formation of hydrate and the results indicate a better efficiency of MEG and TEG and a lower required dose.
