چکیده مقاله:

The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the performance of Amirkabir Petrochemical Company based on the EFQM organizational excellence model in order to determine the position of this organization on the path of excellence and pave the way for it to reach the peak of quality. It was applied in terms of purpose and mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in terms of data collection method. In order to improve the quality level, increase efficiency and productivity, and ultimately improve performance, it has been presented in the last few years, including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and the Project Management Organizational Maturity Model (OPM۳). With the publication of this perspective, many efforts have been made by the National Petrochemical Company in recent years to develop models of excellence and organizational excellence in various fields. This article seeks to determine the relationship between the establishment of an organizational excellence system and performance in Amirkabir Petrochemical Company and, while expressing the dimensions of the importance of this model, it also expresses the requirements for using the models, common methods in implementation, and the results of their application in the company. The EFQM model simultaneously promotes growth and development in nine criteria: leadership, strategy, employees, business partners and interests, processes, customer results, employee results, community results, and key performance results.
