Biomarkers for early diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in pediatric andadolescent

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common type of acute leukemia, comprising ۸۰% ofcases, with B-ALL representing ۸۵%. Despite a survival rate exceeding ۹۰%, relapse or refractory diseaseoccurs in about ۱۵% of patients. Biomarkers play a critical role in early diagnosis, risk stratification, andrelapse prevention. Key biomarkers include genetic alterations, protein markers (e.g., CD۳, CD۲۲), andelevated long non-coding RNAs. Further research is needed to enhance early detection and treatmentoutcomes in ALL.
