چکیده مقاله:
This article examines the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence (AI) in cognitive command and control (C۳) processes. First, the concepts of AI and cognitive command and control are defined, followed by a background on the use of AI in cognitive command and control. Next, various ways in which AI can be used to improve cognitive command and control are discussed. Finally, assessments of the effectiveness of AI in cognitive command and control are presented, concluding that AI can be a powerful tool for improving the process structure and decision support of cognitive command and control, but it is important to be aware of its limitations. The present research is of an applied type and uses a mixed method. While studying library and documentary sources, we conducted a survey among the elite community on the effectiveness of this function among experts. By calculating the collected data, we quantitatively analyzed the obtained values and introduced criteria for this effectiveness. Finally, with the help of the fuzzy DEMATEL network analysis technique, we obtained the degree of cause and effect relationships among the indicators and analyzed the results obtained in the qualitative method (expert survey) for the effectiveness. Based on the research findings, the use of artificial intelligence technology in cognitive command and control systems is innovative, effective and has acceptable operational efficiency, and it allows battlefield commanders to first maximize the speed of correct decision-making to respond to threats and needs and secondly, significantly reduce the level of human decision-making error.
