Analysis of Threats and Cybersecurity in the Oil and Gas Sector in Critical Infrastructure

This article examines the threats and cybersecurity challenges faced in critical processes in the oil and gas industry. This study explores the industry's unique vulnerabilities by considering the interaction between operations and the consequences of security breaches. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of cybersecurity risks from the oil and gas industry by analyzing threats such as ransomware attacks, insider threats, and geographic issues. This article explores existing defense mechanisms and best practices for mitigating these threats and focuses on adaptive strategies to protect against them.
