چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: A Staphylococcus aureus bacterium is one of the pathogens that can easilyinfect meat. The present research was conducted to evaluate the antibiotic resistance anddistribution of enterotoxin genes of Staphylococcus aureus isolates isolated from raw meatand meat products.Materials and methods: In this study, during the autumn and winter seasons of ۱۴۰۰, ۴۴۰samples of raw meat and meat products were collected from the supply stores in Isfahanprovince, and the presence of Staphylococcus aureus was investigated using biochemicaland molecular tests. The most common enterotoxin genes and antibiotic resistance codinggenes were investigated in the presence of specific primers. Results and discussion: Out of a total of ۴۴۰ examined samples, ۶۱ samples (۱۳.۸۶%)were positive for Staphylococcus aureus. that biofilm reaction was observed in ۵۶ isolates(۹۱.۸%). The highest resistance to penicillin (۸۳.۶۰%) and the lowest resistance tovancomycin (۰%) were reported. The frequency of presence of sea, seb, sec and sed genesin the studied isolates was reported as ۳۹.۳۴%, ۲۷.۸۶%, ۲۶.۲۲% and ۳۷.۷۰%, respectively.Due to the fact that a statistically significant relationship was observed between antibioticresistance genes and biofilm production, it is clear that antibiotic resistance in strains thatare capable of producing biofilms is higher than in strains that are capable of producingbiofilms. Biofilms are not more.
