چکیده مقاله:

Background: Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs)are innovative therapies that include gene therapy, somatic celltherapy, and tissue-engineered products. One of the importantprinciple in the ATMPs is the delivery process of gene, cell, engineered tissue, and drug at the right time to the right place inthe body. In order to handle delivery process especially to thecritical organs e.g. brain that have Blood Brain Barrier (BBB),there is a great need for using intelligent delivery devises.Materials and Methods: We introduce a swarm of nano carriersfor collective detecting, and doing targeted delivery usingcellular knowledge seeding which is defined in the synergy ofartificial intelligence and biology. Here, each spot of the environmentis a full laboratory for detecting disease marker, andthe synergistic integration of spots' information will lead to aholistic diagnosis of the disease. Using online machine learningtechnique, this concept is implemented, and the carriers of themedicinal products using a swarm control are guided towardthe inferred target. Results: Result show the merits of the proposed method in targetedcancer drug delivery by decreasing apoptotic cell density, and hypoxic cell density which are the representation of cancercuring. Conclusion: ATMPs as innovative therapies provide a widerange of applications in the case that normal therapies are noteffective. ATMPs use carriers for medicinal products delivery. This autonomous navigation use collective knowledge of thedisease microenvironment for detection and therapy. In this researchswarm of these carriers are used for targeted delivery.
