چکیده مقاله:
Deforestation greatly affected soil properties. Soil samples were collected from six land uses of the forest, pasture, maize+C۳, maize+C۳ (R), Oat, and garden with three replications at ۰-۳۰, ۳۰-۶۰, and ۶۰-۱۰۰ cm depths. Statistical analysis was performed using cluster (CA) and principal component analysis (PCA). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of deforestation on soil properties using cluster (CA) and principal component analysis (PCA). Results show that the forest and pasture at ۰-۳۰ cm depth are located in separate clusters, but the maize+C۳, maize+C۳(R), oat, and garden lands at ۰-۳۰ cm depth are located in one cluster. The other land uses in lower depths are located in a cluster. The PCA results showed that the soil chrasticrics in the forest and pasture land uses are more similar than the agricultural and garden lands. The variables more associated with the forest and pasture were different carbon forms, organic carbon in aggregate with ۲-۴.۷۵ mm size, soil respiration, MBC, and Cellulase enzyme activity (CEL). Conversely, the variables associated with the maize+C۳, maize+C۳(R), and garden were Invertase enzyme activity (INV), organic carbon in aggregate with the size of ۰.۲۵-۲ and ۰.۰۵۳-۰.۲۵ mm.
