چکیده مقاله:

The production of nanoparticles by biological method is one of the green and effective methods for the synthesis of nanoparticles that uses biological materials such as microorganisms, plants, fungi and viruses as reducing and stabilizing agents. This method has advantages such as reducing the consumption of chemicals, reducing costs, reducing production time, reducing environmental pollution, and increasing the efficiency and quality of nanoparticles. In the present study, cherry core was used for the first time to produce silver nanoparticles. Antibacterial properties of silver nanoparticles were investigated on the Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. Characteristics and size of nanoparticles were studied with methods spectrophotometer, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Their spectrophotometric results showed that silver nanoparticles have the maximum absorption peak around the wavelength of ۴۰۰-۴۵۰ nm. TEM and SEM images show that shape of nanoparticles was spherical, triangular and polygonal. The biological study confirms that silver nanoparticles show good activity against the growth of bacteria.
