چکیده مقاله:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is dramatically transforming Human Resource Management (HRM) by enhancing decision-making, streamlining processes, and providing strategic insights. This paper investigates the integration of AI into HRM, highlighting its benefits, challenges, and offering recommendations for effective implementation. The study includes a comprehensive review of recent literature and empirical analysis, focusing on how AI optimizes recruitment, performance management, and employee development while addressing ethical concerns and implementation barriers. Key findings suggest that AI can significantly improve recruitment efficiency, performance management, and personalized employee development. However, ethical issues such as data privacy and algorithmic bias, along with practical challenges in integrating AI with existing HR processes, must be addressed. The paper provides actionable insights for HR professionals and organizations to leverage AI technologies effectively and ethically, ensuring improved HR practices and outcomes.
