چکیده مقاله:

This narrative review examines the benefits of incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) through digital marketing strategies in food ordering apps. The aim of study is to findout the existing literature and identify the potential benefits of using AI in digital marketing strategies for food industry APPs.The study, providing a comprehensiveanalysis of the advancements and impact of AI technology in the food industry. Search was conducted across various academic databases, Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect and Sage using keywords related to AI, digital marketing, food ordering apps, and consumer behavior. The inclusion criteria were studies published between ۲۰۱۶and ۲۰۲۳. A total of ۳۲ relevant articles were selected for analysis. Customer experience, customer engagement, personalized recommendations for customers, digital capabilities, sustainable value creation, analyzing customer preferences, purchasing behavior, customer engagement ,loyalty, trust, satisfication, customer retention, co-creation of value, shaping consumer attitudes and behavior, transforming marketing practices, engagement with the brand, optimizing marketing expenditures, efficiency and effectiveness that have had mentioned on this review .
