Efficient removal and adsorb antibiotics from raw milk by functionalized Clinoptilolite zeolite

چکیده مقاله:

In this research, an attempt has been made to use modified porous materials as antibiotic adsorbents. In the first step, clinoptilolite zeolite were modified, ۳-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES). The structure of modified zeolite was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and zeta potential techniques. In the second step, plasma was separated f by ۵.۵% trichloroacetic acid from raw milk and tetracycline (TC) and neomycin sulfate (Neo) antibiotics added to it. Finally, modified zeolite were added to plasma whit antibiotic for absorption of antibiotic, the absorption amount of antibiotics was investigated by UV-vis technique. The optimum condition for were consister which the result show that optimum amount of absorbent (۰.۰۱g for clinoptilolite-NH۲), contact time (۲۴۰ min for clinptilolite-NH۲), the amount of antibiotic tetracycline (۰.۰۱g/ml for clinoptilolite-NH۲) and neomycin (۰.۰۲ g/mlclinoptilolite). The adsorption isotherm mechanism was consider by Temkin, Langmuir, Freundlich that the result fit whit for Freundlich (R۲ ≥ ۱). The kinetic data for the pseudo-second-order kinetic model exhibited high correlation coefficient and alow error function.
