چکیده مقاله:
Blended learning, which combines online and face-to-face instruction, has become an increasingly popularapproach in English teacher education programs globally. This paper examines the integration of artificialintelligence (AI) into blended learning models to enhance the educational experience for preservice Englishteachers. The paper explores the benefits and challenges of incorporating AI in blended learning through ananalysis of case studies and research from various contexts. Key areas of focus include designing andimplementing blended learning models that combine traditional teaching methods with AI-powered tools,strategies for supporting students in developing necessary skills and mindsets, and the implications forpolicymakers, teacher educators, and researchers. The findings highlight the potential of AI to optimizelearning outcomes while addressing critical challenges such as ensuring student readiness, providing adequateteacher training, and maintaining a balance between technology and human interaction. Ultimately, this paperaims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the future of teacher preparation by presenting evidence-basedrecommendations and innovative approaches that leverage AI in blended learning environments
