The relationship between happiness and job motivation in mine workers using artificial neural network

The present study was designed and implemented in order to investigate the relationship between happiness and job motivation in mining workers using artificial neural network. The statistical population of the current study consists of all the employees of Mazandaran province in the spring of ۱۴۰۲, of which ۳۰۰ people were sampled and studied using available sampling. To collect data, Herzberg's job motivation questionnaire and Oxford happiness questionnaire were used. In order to evaluate accuracy and efficiency, coefficient of determination (R۲) and root mean square error (RMSE) indexes have been used. The best value for these two criteria is one and zero, respectively. The values of coefficient of determination and root mean square error obtained in this research are equal to ۰.۹۸۶ and ۰.۰۲۳ respectively.
