Designing a Classification System for Bank Customers using an Expert System

Expert systems have so many applications in financial management today, and are used to acceleratethe process of financial consultations and standardize the experience of bank advisors. In the presentinvestigation, we use a forward expert system in the lending system of banks in order to identify reliableand unreliable people for granting bank loans, according to the established rule base. In this study, wehave used the forward chaining method to design this expert system, and this system examines a seriesof characteristics such as the income, age, job security, etc., identifies people who have the ability torepay bank loan instalments and reports the results to the bank.
