The Use of Intelligent Training in DevelopingProfessional and Occupational Skills in the Field ofAccounting

One of the innovative approaches in the field of education and learning is intelligent training, whichhas the ability to enhance the professional and occupational skills of accountants. This training methodutilizes advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve thelearning process. The aim of this research is to investigate the application and effectiveness ofintelligent training in enhancing the professional and occupational skills of accountants. A descriptiveanalyticalmethod using library resources has been employed in this study. The results of theconducted research indicate that intelligent training can accelerate the efficiency and quality ofaccounting education. Development of educational content, providing immediate feedback, andutilizing interactive tools are among the effective factors in this enhancement. The research findingsdemonstrate that the use of intelligent training leads to a significant improvement in the skills andprofessional knowledge of accountants. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended thatintelligent training programs in the field of accounting be updated according to the needs of the jobmarket and the latest technological advancements, and a greater emphasis be placed on interactivetools.
