چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, e-learning is increasingly growing, and many organizations, like universities, are seeking to implement it successfully and taking advantages of its benefits.To this end, identifying factors affecting the success and failure of e-learning has become essential. On the other hand, human technical ability to generate and collect data has beenincreasing rapidly in recent decades, and this impressive growth has led to the deploymentof data mining. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the success and failure of e-learning students. The researchers examine theperformance of Qom university e-learning law students using cluster analysis and Clementine software. The results of this study can help us strengthen the success factors, remove the failure ones, and improve learning process.
