چکیده مقاله:

A series derivatives of ۳, ۴-dihydropyrimidin-۲(۱H)-ones were synthesized through the Biginelli multicomponentreaction and tested for effectiveness against cancer cells. The results showed that the Compound ۵lwere more effective against A۵۴۹ cancer cells. Additionally, Molecular docking and dynamics studies wereperformed on this derivative in the active site of Eg۵ and AKT۱ enzymes.
