چکیده مقاله:

In this research study, magnetic sporopollenin as biological polymer was prepared and used for magneticdispersive solid phase extraction of diazinon. The effect of influential parameters was studied. At optimum conditions,the linear range of ۰.۱-۳۰۰ μg kg-۱, LOD of ۰.۳۲ μg kg-۱ and LOQ of ۰.۱۵ μg kg-۱ were achieved. The potential of themethod was evaluated in onion. The repeatability (intra–day precision (n=)) of ≤ ۲.۵% and reproducibility (inter–dayprecision, days=۵, n=۳) of ≤۳.۳ % and were appraise at two concentration levels (۱۰ and ۵۰ μg kg-۱ of diazinon). Highrelative recoveries of ۹۳.۸-۱۰۱.۱ % confirmed high potential of the presented method
