Investigating the effect of the efficiency of human capital investment on the volatility of the company's cash

The volatility of the company's cash, which is closely related to risk management, which is one of the most pressing concerns of managers and shareholders, can be adjusted in the shadow of the value creation of the labor force through the efficiency of the labor investment in the companies. . Because, the knowledge, experience and skills of human resources (employees) are the most important assets and valuable resources in the company's performance, which can increase the value of an organization in the market. Efficient manpower is the reason for a company's competitive advantage and in critical situations, it adjusts the internal and external volatility imposed on the company. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to investigate the effect of the efficiency of human resources investment on the volatility of the company's cash. The research method is applied and post-event in terms of purpose. The hypothesis test of the research has been done with the data of ۱۳۳ companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange in the period of ۲۰۱۵-۲۰۲۲ and using panel data. Eventually; it was found that the effect of the efficiency of human capital investment on the volatility of cash in the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange is a negative and significant effect. This shows the importance of labor investment efficiency, which enables companies to achieve strategic goals by optimally using labor force capacities.
