چکیده مقاله:

Due to the intensification of environmental concerns in recent years, green human resource management has been considered as one of the management priorities among leaders and managers of organizations. On the other hand, population increase, destruction of many human and animal habitats, excessive use of natural resources and excessive pollution are the biggest threats to the sustainable development of societies. Therefore, it is essential that all organizations, departments and businesses are familiar with the impact of their destructive behavior on the environment. Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) can be defined as a set of policies, practices, and systems that stimulate the green behavior of a company's employees in order to create an environmentally sensitive, resource-efficient, and socially responsible organization. In general, human resource management and human resources issues are not limited to a few specific aspects. In this way, all the decisions and behaviors of human resource managers have an impact on different levels of the organization and employees, and this is why the concept of green human resource management refers to policies and actions by which different businesses use available resources. They make the best and most correct use, and in addition, they will greatly help to significantly reduce environmental damage. In this study, it was discovered that for the successful implementation of green human resource management, top-level management support and environmental orientation are necessary. Additionally, research has found that adopting green human resource management leads to higher levels of employee satisfaction, dedication to the organization, and environmental achievements. This study is significant in both theoretical and practical terms due to its contribution of new perspectives on green human resource management and guidance on achieving sustainable development objectives. Employees are crucial in assisting companies in achieving environmental sustainability as they form the foundation of organizations and provide a valuable competitive edge through the implementation of eco-friendly HR practices, such as setting up environmental goals, training staff, and recognizing their environmentally-friendly efforts.
