In this paper, the control of the longitudinal behavior of the Extra EA-۳۰۰ aircraft is addressed using a Rough neural controller. The Rough neural controller takes charge of the longitudinal control of the aircraft to reduce altitude and coordinate descent with minimal control effort and appropriate stability. Thirty seconds after the initiation of the autopilot, another controller enters the control loop as an external controller, generating a new control signal to facilitate negotiation between agents. The control signal produced by the external controller is combined with the control signal generated by the Rough intelligent controller and fed into the agents. Ultimately, the agents perform a coordinated and negotiated descent, reaching similar speed and positions rapidly. To achieve this, a nonlinear model of the aircraft is employed, and the results obtained from the simulation indicate that the agents, with appropriate stability, sufficient accuracy, and reasonably short time, successfully accomplish their mission.
