چکیده مقاله:
In a greenhouse research, the effects of soil water conditions, sewage sludge, poultry manure and chemical fertilizers on concentrations of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Na of rice plant (Oryza sativa cv. Ali Kazemi) were studied in a clay loam alkaline soil. The study was performed as a factorial experiment in a randomized complete blocks design including soil water conditions at three levels (continuous submergence, alternate submergence and alternate saturation) and source and amount of organic and chemical fertilizers at 10 levels (control, 100% chemical fertilizers (456.5 mg urea, 66.4 mg Ca(H2PO4)2 and 22 mg ZnSO4.7H2O/kg of soil), 6 g sewage sludge/kg of soil, 6 g sewage sludge/kg of soil+50% chemical fertilizers, 20 g sewage sludge/kg of soil, 20 g sewage sludge/kg of soil+50% chemical fertilizers, 3 g poultry manure/kg of soil, 3 g poultry manure/kg of soil+50%chemical fertilizers, 6 g poultry manure/kg of soil and 6 g poultry manure/kg of soil+50% chemical fertilizers) with three replications. Results showed that macronutrients concentrations were increased significantly by application of organic and chemical fertilizers especially poultry manure. In general, application of 6 g poultry manure/kg of soil enhanced shoot concentrations of N, P, K and Mg and root concentrations of P and Ca compared to control. Among of soil water conditions, alternate saturation increased shoot concentrations of N, P, Ca, Mg and Na and root concentrations of K and Mg compared to continues and alternate submergence. The average of shoot concentrations of K and Ca was greater than the average of root concentrations of them and the shoot concentrations of P, Ca and Mg was less than root concentrations of them.
