The effectiveness of artificial intelligence in the field of health under the banner of international law (case of study: diagnosis, prevention and acceleration of medical complications)

Human life has entered the new era under the influence of artificial intelligence technology. Promotion of health rights when faced with conflicts resulting from the fusion of healthcare and artificial intelligence technologies, they are in dire need of knowledge of ethical principles and practical guidelines for it. Artificial intelligence helps improve medical services. Artificial intelligence systems can help doctors make complex medical decisions. Among these decisions, we can mention the determination of the dosage of drugs, the order of surgical operations and the appropriate allocation of resources in hospitals. This help leads to improving the quality of medical care and reducing medical errors. Due to the importance that was felt in this field, the in-depth investigation of legal issues under the banner of international standards and the field of artificial intelligence has been the main goal of the present paper. It should also be noted that this research was done using library studies and in an analytical-descriptive way. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence will be able to help doctors in the field of prevention of certain diseases, help in decision-making and suggest treatment procedures to doctors, as well as patterns of health recovery as patients' recovery.
