The effectiveness of artificial intelligence in health under international rules from the perspective of applications and legal limits

The right to public health is part of the fundamental rights of citizens in any political society. Every citizen, as a member of the society, regardless of racial, religious, political and cultural considerations, has the necessary rights and entitlements to benefit from this right simply because of the existence of the relationship of citizenship. It is for this reason that it is necessary to pay attention to the right to the public health of the citizens by the governments regardless of the structure of their political system. For this purpose, considering this important matter, the governments have introduced emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in various fields of human life, so that they can take advantage of such potential in the direction of accurate scientific models for human health. One of the fields in which artificial intelligence has a significant effect is the field of medicine and health and medical equipment. From diagnosing diseases to predicting treatment results, artificial intelligence has revolutionized this field. This innovative technology brings facilities available to doctors and the health field that have major effects in the diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases. For this reason, considering the importance of this issue, the current research has reviewed the category of artificial intelligence efficiency in health under international rules from the perspective of applications and legal limits in the form of library studies and in an analytical-descriptive way. The findings of the research indicate that artificial intelligence should be in the service of society's health in the form of a new and efficient assistant and tool so that under this issue, the right to health of people can be ensured.
