چکیده مقاله:
One of the issues that is always considered by education planners in different countries is the employmentof graduates. Monitoring the employment status of female university graduates can have important effectson employment generation and lead to the development of appropriate educational programs and policystrategies to increase the employment of women in the society. Therefore, by examining the employmentconditions of female graduates of the University of Applied Sciences in Lorestan province, it is possible tomeasure the success rate of this university in supporting women in the field of skill training, which iseffective on the employment of these people. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of studyingat Lorestan University of Applied Sciences on the recruitment of women in the labor market. The presentstudy is a survey-descriptive type that examines the employment status of female graduates of LorestanUniversity of Applied Sciences in the period of ۲۰۱۸-۲۰۱۸. The number of participants in this survey was۳۰۲. According to the results obtained, there was a significant relationship between the type of occupationof people before studying at university, between employment after university and studying at university,between the field of study of graduates and their occupation; However, there was a significant relationshipbetween university education and the type of women's jobs, government or non-government, no significantrelationship was shown.
