چکیده مقاله:

The present research aims to scrutinize the relationship between authentic leadership and positive organizational behavior among personnel of Qavamin Bank branches in Ilam province. In this research, the relationship between self-awareness, moral perspectives, relation transparency is determined as well as balanced processing with positive organizational behavior. Based on its purpose, this is an applied research and correlational one based on its descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research comprised all staff of Qavamin bank branches in Ilam Province that based on stratified random sampling is corresopnding to the population through Cochran formula and is counted as ۹۰ persons. The data was collected using two standard questionnaires namely; authentic leadership (Avolio and Gardner, ۲۰۰۵) and positive organizational behavior (Luthans et al., ۲۰۰۷) and the questionnaires’ reliability were assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis, SPSS software was utilized as well as Pearson correlation coefficient. The obtaind results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership and positive organizational behavior. Likewise, a positive and significant relationship is obvious between other dimensions of authentic leadership with positive organizational behavior.
