چکیده مقاله:

In the ۱۸th century, there was a significant change in medical equipment, marked by the publication of Joseph Lister's work, which led to cleaner operating rooms and higher survival rates. The ۱۹th and early ۲۰th centuries saw the introduction of devices such as stethoscopes, electrocardiographs, and X-ray machines. The ۲۰th century caused an explosion of medical devices and procedures, including pacemakers, kidney dialysis, and laparoscopic surgery. As computers began to integrate with medical technology in the late ۲۰th century, application software for medical devices was developed, leading to "software as a medical device" (SaMD) and "embedded medical systems". Medical imaging systems have become increasingly sophisticated, and technologies such as MRI and CT scanning have played essential roles in healthcare. The role of programming in medical technology with the development of programming languages significantly affects the development of medical devices. The study also covers the importance of hospital information systems, telemedicine, and smart hospital systems and examines the integration of technology in healthcare delivery. In this research, the introduction of medical equipment in Iran, the main types of medical equipment produced in the country, and the development of smart hospitals and robotic surgery systems such as the Sina surgical system have been analyzed and evaluated on the use of technology to improve patient outcomes and simplify Health care operations are also emphasized.
