چکیده مقاله:

Between ۲۰% and ۳۰% of all proteins produced in the cell need to translocate through the sides of the phospholipid membrane. The passage of these synthetic polypeptides with different sizes, hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties through semi-permeable membrane and selective permeability has different challenges. A challenge of this process is the specificity of protein secretion which is necessary for energy conservation. In order to avoid these problems, there is a dedicated system called the secretion system in all bacteria, both gram negative and positive, which contains specific macromolecular nanomachines to secrete a wide range of substrates that their proper functioning is essential for performing biological processes and maintaining cell stability.
