چکیده مقاله:
The presented review shows the optimization of different physicochemical parameters using RSM-CCD. Statistical methods were an effective method to increase the efficiency of the extracellular protease enzyme from Bacillus bacteria, in which the enzyme activity increased up to ۱۴۱۵۶۵ U/ml, which was several times the non-optimal medium. Substrates (yeast extract, chicken manure, glucose, KH۰PO۶) were incubated at pH=۴ for ۶۴ hours at ۳۲-۳۱۳C. Experiment design through Design Expert (DoE) software is a structural approach that examines the effect of several parameters and shows how different elements influence and act on a specific result or the most optimal parameter, in other words, the evaluation of several factors to Simultaneously, the software allows scientists to explore the effects of each element and their combinations, which gives a comprehensive understanding of the entire system. and reduces costs. This is an effective way to discover insights and make decisions based on data. In addition to reducing consumption costs and saving the researcher's time, it also has high accuracy in detecting errors because it increases the speed of the researcher's actions and completely reduces the amount of errors. Accurately evaluated and it can be said that the accuracy of this method is ##۱#۹.
