The rapid process of urbanization has brought about complex difficulties in various areas such as housing, transportation,education, healthcare, and the economy. Consequently, a significant revamp of seaport operations is necessary to optimizesmart mobility and facilitate the development of intelligent cities. This paper introduces an innovative mathematicalframework rooted in deep learning techniques. Our groundbreaking model accurately detects parking spaces and lanes inseaport environments by analyzing crane positions and utilizing live Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) camera data for realtimemonitoring and efficient allocation of parking space. Through an extensive review of existing literature, we explore thebenefits of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision (CV) technologies in managing parking facilities. Ourframework focuses on enhancing the efficiency of container drayage within seaports, with a particular emphasis onimproving traffic management, optimizing parking space allocation, and streamlining container movement. The insightsgained from our study establish a foundation that holds potential implications for real-world applications. By incorporatingstate-of-the-art technologies, our proposed framework not only improves the efficiency of seaport operations but alsoestablishes the groundwork for sustainable and intelligent seaport systems. This represents a significant step towardachieving intelligent seaport operations, making a significant contribution to the advancement of urban logistics andtransportation networks. Future research efforts will be directed towards the practical implementation and validation of thispioneering mathematical framework in real-world seaport environments. Additionally, our work underscores the vitalimportance of exploring further applications of AI and CV technologies in seaport logistics, adapting the framework toaddress the evolving challenges of urbanization and transportation. These endeavors will foster continuous progress in thefield, shaping the future of intelligent seaport operations.
