چکیده مقاله:

امروزه کارافرینی به عنوان عنصری حیاتی درچرخه رشد و توسعه جوامع به کارمیرود کارافرینی نیز همانند هرفعالیتی باید به اصول اخلاقی پایبند باشد تا بتواند ازادانه به فعالیت های خود ادامه داده و رشد کند لذا پژوهشگر دراین مقاله به بیان دیدگاه های صاحبنظران مختلف درداخل و خارج کشور پرداخته و ارتباط میان اصول اخلاقی و کارافرینی را برااسس 3 موضوع اصول اخلاقی کارافرینی اجتماعی کارافریتی و اجتماع مورد بررسی قرار میدهد و درپایان ضمن معرفی اخلاق به عنوان پلی میان اقتاصد و کارافرینی به تاثیر اصول اخلاقی برکارافرینی اشاره می نماید.
