Assets and Liabilities of using AI in knowledgemanagement for management systems improvements

Recent advancements in natural language processing have made it significantly easier todevelop extensive language models. These models provide managers with a vast amount ofrelevant information, which can greatly assist in knowledge management and the enhancementof management systems. However, the integration of AI into the process of improvingmanagement systems also presents new challenges. In this article, to optimize managementsystems, we present a concise overview of the classification and representation of knowledgemanagement activities in this document. Given that the use of AI has exerted immense pressureon the relatively nascent discipline of knowledge management, which is expected to helpaddress increasingly complex issues, we thoroughly analyze the pros and cons of AI in thecontext of knowledge management for improving management systems and propose promisingavenues for future research.
