چکیده مقاله:
This paper develops a model for virtual power plant (VPP) to participate in a joint energy and regulation reserve (RR)markets. The presented VPP aggregates various resources in term of gas turbine (GT), wind turbine (WT) and batteryenergy storage system (BESS). It is considered that VPP procures required RR by its GT and BESS based on thedelivery request probability of the market operator. Also, impacts of carbon dioxide (CO۲) emission of GT is regardedusing penalty cost model. Various uncertainties including WT generation, energy and RR prices and regulation up anddown delivery requests are implemented through a ۲m+۱ point estimate method (PEM). The case studies areimplemented to evaluate the capability and effectiveness of the presented programming model.
