The relationship between Early Maladaptive Schemas and Job Motivation in mine workers using Artificial Neural Network

Early maladaptive schemas consist of memories, emotions, cognitions, and bodily sensations and are dysfunctional, pervasive, and deep-seated patterns about self and others that emerge during childhood or adolescence and become complex throughout life.The statistical population of the present study consisted of all mine workers in the spring of ۱۴۰۲, out of which ۳۰۰ people were sampled and studied using available sampling. To collect data, the following tools were used: a) Herzberg's motivation questionnaire, b) Young Schema Questionnaire-Short Form c) Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ). The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and job motivation in mine workers using artificial neural network. The results of the model showed that R۲=۰.۸۹, R=۰.۹۴۶ and RMSE= ۰.۰۳ which shows the impact of early maladaptive schemas on job motivation.
