conditional spectrum is one of the new approaches that recently developed by seismologists to predict ground motion behavior more realistic and design structures economic this approach bases on finding out the correlation between various amounts of epsilons that representing three major parameters of a ground motion pseudo acceleration magnitiude and distance in addition it is tried to involve the sites soil types in to the account conditioning on the period of interest commonly first period of structures vibration is developed by neural network method a specific number of ground motions classified by their characteristics and the results of them input to neural network.
