The Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth(Panel Data Method in D-8 Countries)

In recent years, foreign direct investment in developing countries has been a policy priority. This study, using the endogenous growth model, TFP transmission mechanism and panel data methods to examine the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth during the 1999-2228 in D-8 countries. The research results show that foreign direct investment have negative and statistically significant effect on the economic growth.
