Introduction: The aim of the present study was the effect of eight weeks of Pilates reformer training on the quality of work life and physical composition of inactive working men in Tehran province. They participated in this study with a range of ۳۰-۴۵ years and were placed in two experimental and supplementary groups. The Pilates Reformer group did ۵۰-۶۰ minutes of Pilates Reformer exercises for ۸ weeks and three sessions per week. In order to analyze the findings, independent and dependent Shapiro-Wilk-t tests were used. Findings: The results showed that the levels of quality of work life and body composition did not change significantly in the post-test compared to the pre-test (P>۰.۰۵). Conclusion: In the present study, it was proved that ۸ weeks of Pilates reformer training is not effective on the levels of quality of work life and body composition.
