Introduction: The use of artificial intelligence technology in medical sciences can be seen withdifferent types and different functions.In recent years artificial intelligence have been widely used in the field of Education and medicalsciences. One of the technologies that can be useful in this field are chatbots and chatbots.Chatbots systems has ability to answer users’ questions and needs using artificial intelligence andadvanced software. These systems have been used in many areas of health. In this article, we willexamine the extent of the use of this technology in medicine and health sciences and review itseffects on this areaMaterial and Methods:This study is a review and bibliographic research of all published articlesin the field of the role of smart chat in the field of education and its challenges, which has beendone in the field of medical science education. From the key words of smart chat or medical scienceeducation and health education, patient education and medical education, it was done in Carrot۲search results clustering engine. The articles related to the field were analyzed in this searchengine in the form of clustering, and the results with complete articles in Persian and Latin wereanalyzed. The subject areas of the results were extracted and classified according to the roles ofsmart chat in the education of medical and health sciences and the education of patients, and thenthe most important themes of impact were extracted.Results: The review of the articles shows that the use of this artificial intelligence technology inthe field of medical sciences can be examined from different educational dimensions in the fieldof teaching professors, students and patients in health education.
