چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: According to studies, high and low temperatures increase the prevalence of heartattacks. According to studies, a ۱°C drop in ambient temperature increases the risk of myocardialinfarction by ۲%. Every ۹°C increase in temperature increases the risk of stroke by ۵%. The devicethat we have invented completely automatically increases and decreases the temperature ofthe sleeping mattress based on the ambient temperature, the body temperature and the heart rateof the people, and the possibility of heart attack due to temperature changes is reduced.method: The cardiotherma device consists of the following parts: ۱- Screen to display ambienttemperature, body temperature and heart rate ۲- Heating mat ۳- Wristband with thermal module,Pulse oximetry sensor to measure body temperature and heart rate ۴ - Thermometer to measurethe ambient temperature. Results: According to whether each of the factors of body temperature, ambient temperature andheart rate are within the normal range or not, ۲۱ conditions may occur. The device decides to turnthe heat mat on or off according to the settings that have been given to it in advance and providesthe right temperature to reduce the risk of heart attack for people. Conclusion: By inventing and manufacturing this device, we hope to reduce the risk of heartattacks for the elderly and provide them with a good night’s sleep.
