چکیده مقاله:

The issue of maintenance and integration and its integration with the production scheduling problem, due toeffective role in the cost of the final product, is of particular importance. In this research, different modes for eachproduction line have been studied independently and separately, in normal working hours and in addition to thepossibility of outsourcing. This paper aims to find an optimal maintenance strategy and to integrate maintenancestrategy with production planning in batch production environment in order to reduce backorder sales and decreasethe production and maintenance cost in the specified planning horizon. For this purpose, a mathematical model forthis problem is proposed. To solve the mathematical model, two different methods, meta-innovative genetic hybridalgorithm and variable neighborhood search and refrigeration simulation have been used. The answers have beencompared. Two algorithms provide acceptable performance and proximity in terms of response quality.Keywords- Preventive maintenance and repairs, Production schedule, Production systems prone to failure,Integration strategies.
