چکیده مقاله:

The ability of people with disabilities to move independently is crucial for theirdaily lives. However, the mobility of these people can be hindered by a varietyof environmental and social factors. Besides, the physical factors, temporalfactors could affect accessibility for different users based on their profiles, capacities, and preferences. This paper examines the accessibility of sidewalksfor manual wheelchair users in the presence of crowds, precipitation, andlighting. The proposed framework takes into account the diversity of users'profiles and examines how they perceive and interact with various physicalfactors in different contexts. The method evaluates the confidence level of eachuser in navigating different sidewalk components in various contexts andutilizes a fuzzy-based model for accessibility assessment. Besides the accessiblemaps for different contexts, XGBoost and feature importance have been appliedto compare and analyze the results.
