چکیده مقاله:

هدف: هدف این پژوهش مقایسه ی تاثیر روش های مشاوره مبتنی بر نظریه هالند، شناختی اجتماعی و راه حل مدار بر بهزیستی مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان بود. روش: روش این پژوهش شبه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پی گیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری کلیه دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۹۷ بوده که با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس، تعداد ۱۰ نفر برای هر گروه انتخاب شدند و بر اساس جنسیت تفکیک شدند. گروه های آزمایش هر کدام ۸ جلسه، مشاوره مسیر شغلی دریافت نمودند و گروه های کنترل، مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. ابزار اندازه گیری، پرسشنامه بهزیستی مسیر شغلی (هینکین،۱۹۹۸) بود. یافته ها: نتایج  نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات بهزیستی مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان گروه های آزمایش در مرحله ی پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوت معناداری (۰۰۱/۰p<) وجود داشت. بنابراین مداخلات مشاوره مبتنی بر نظریه هالند، شناختی اجتماعی مسیر شغلی و راه حل مدار، بر افزایش بهزیستی مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان موثر بوده است. در مقایسه ی روش های مداخله، روش شناختی اجتماعی و راه حل مدار، تاثیر بیشتری را نسبت به نظریه هالند نشان داد. نتیجه گیری روش مشاوره مسیر شغلی شناختی اجتماعی و راه حل مدار در مشاوره با دانش آموزان تاثیر بیشتری دارند.
