Providing a solution to prevent ERP deployment failure with the help of fuzzy AHP evaluation

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects are often costly, complex, and risky to implement in the company, so understanding ERP risks helps reduce the failure of ERP projects. Our goal of this project is to provide a solution to prevent the failure of ERP implementation by means of evaluation and ranking using fuzzy AHP. In this project, we examined the methods and research done in this field since ۲۰۰۴. Then, by distributing the questionnaire among the ERP project team members, we rank the factors affecting the failure of these projects by fuzzy AHP so that we can provide a solution to prevent ERP failure. By studying this research, it is possible to arrive at a framework for measuring the maturity of organizations in order to accept these projects, and managers of organizations can use this framework to predict the success rate of ERP projects and to make a more realistic estimate of costs and duration.
