A short review of e-commerce security, types of attacks and itsthreats

The internet has become an integral part of daily life globally, enabling economic, commercial, cultural,social, and government activities to be conducted virtually. However, the virtual space is also vulnerableto instability, insecurity, and challenges, and cyber-attacks pose a threat to sensitive information andinfrastructure. External, internal, and supply chain threats in cyberspace have been reported, and foreignintelligence services also use cyber tools to gather intelligence and carry out espionage. Hacking andwebsite threats are indicators of insecurity in cyberspace, and there is a need to create a safe space awayfrom such threats.The purpose of this article is to provide a brief overview of the security of e-commerce, as well as thetypes of attacks that can occur in this field and the strategies to defend against them.
