Evaluation of Effect of Intellectual Capital onOrganizational Performance

In this study, we investigate the impact of intellectual capital on organizationalperformance in Melli Bank of Golestan Province. The study population includesall the members of Melli Bank of Golestan Province. Employing a randomsampling, the data was collected through the distribution of a questionnaire amongthe ۶۵ persons of the staffs of the Institute. LISREL ۸.۵ is used for statisticalanalysis. The results of research show a significant and positive relationshipbetween the components of intellectual capital (human, process, innovation andcustomer) with organizational performance
